I wanted to give this a few days to see if it sorted itself out, but I am almost never seeing hourly random encounters or Dawn of a New Day events after this upgrade. Despite checking a number of times every hour today for example I've only seen a single random encounter. I don't see anything about that being changed so I assume it's a bug? I'm running Chrome fwiw, I could always try using FF from now on too if this is somehow a browser bug. All other aspects of HV have seemed to behave as normal.

I don't have AdBlock (or any other extensions except 1Pass for that matter), never had a single issue up until this update. I'll try out some other browsers and computers next however. Thanks for the reply.

With the new cap on 0% specific mitigation, that means there is no point to imperiling schoolgirls as a holy/dark mage.

Oh, I'm certain they're still free now...just wanted to know if the dominoes have started falling i.e. this patch introduced the feature (what was it?) and the next one introduces the costs. Or are we still another domino or 2 away? I suspect chatsters will be in the know, if anyone is.

The abilities feature is basically alpha/beta version, until it's more fleshed out and balanced it will probably remain free.

Lol. Yeah, that is why I switched over. Though it hurts a lot more when you do get hit, you get hit less. Even with worthless light armor, this is fairly noticeable.

I was one of the people who was nope i'm staying with heavy...till everybody was talking about light than some of my friends said it might be better, so i did and was thinking the same thing really.
I'm gonna get hurt more and get my ass kicked even more easier, turns out it's not like that (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)
I get hit less and not as hard.
Even with this rag tag mix of things, only three things out of it was mine the rest was a friends.

Really? Everything's getting nerfed to shit, and even I've only played this game for 7months. Imagine how veterans feel. Holy/dark sucks, heavy sucks, now one handers don't have endurance? As a follow up in case anyone else looks here, Firefox works. I am not on Chrome 29, I'm actually still on 28 same as pre-0.77 (and previously it did work), but it's still clearly a Chromium problem. I'll just activate via FF from now on, I always have it running anyway.
