My first were probably 1980s AstroBoy and The Transformers. I'm sure there were lots more, just can't remember them all.

I really got into anime when my friend lent me his VHS tapes of Silent Möbius, Robotech, Gundam, and tons more around that time.

Probably Dragon Ball. Although, I only thought of it as a regular cartoon back in the day. The first show I fully knew was anime when I watched it was probably Patlabor.

Dragonball, and let me tell you that re-watching it brought tons of adult bonuses. i was i think under 7 years old when i first watched it. Then at 10. And now years later its funny as hell to watch Goku grope Bulma.

I still think some parts of dragonball could be categorized at shotacon echii.

I think it was Pokemon honestly, but I just viewed it as a cartoon, same with DBZ. It wasn't until stuff like Outlaw Star and Tenchi that I started classifying it as another genre.
