I watched Saint Seiya when I was little and it impacted me a lot. The first anime I downloaded was Excel Saga after having watched a few episodes in school anime club (yes, I was a member of the anime club and it was as cringey as you might imagine). The first anime I remember following as it came out was Gundam Seed Destiny during the era of DDL before torrents were really the way to go.
