Definitely dbz but Inuyasha was the anime that got me started in the world of anime. I can remember changing the channel on my tv and adult swim was showing it I was spook amazed how awesome it was. that was maybe 6 years ago.

Dragon Ball Z oh yeah and Pokemon, but DBZ I really liked.

I can't remember watching any films.

They've been showing a few on Film4 over the past year so I can catch up they're OK quite relaxing.
They've shown: Kiki's Delivery Service, My Neighbour Totoro, The Cat Returns, Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke and my favourite was Lupin III (not sure which one, he saves a princess).

like many of us, I got my start with toonami way back when. While Robotech may have been first, Outlaw Star is and always will be #1 in my heart

Can't remember that far back. I think it was Dragon Ball Z or Mobile Suit Gundam that was on Toonami.

Inuyasha on Adult Swim, probably.

This was the first anime I watched when I was in grade school. Most of what I watched at that point in time were shows on adult swim with my best friend who I always hung around. Cowboy bebop was probably second. Both great shows. So much nostalgia.. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

Excluding dubbed Pokemon on TV, which I just thought of as another cartoon, it was Lord of Lords Ryu Knight, back in 2004. I have no idea how I stumbled upon it, but there was no going back after that.

Gimme a Hi5! (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) While Pokemon was the Anime which dragged me into the otaku world, Yu-Gi-Oh! was the sole reason & inspiration for me to choose my career! (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

first anime i ever saw was at a school fair. it was the old astro boy and shurato playing alternately but they were dubbed in chinese. what got me to watch anime though was akazukin chacha. ahh... i remember how it used to drive me crazy thinking about who i liked more, chacha or the magical princess... i was still pure then. now, i'd just take both of them hehe
