The Anime that sparked my interest in the medium was Digimon Adventure.
I saw a few others before that, e.g. Dragon Ball, Sailor Moon or Heidi, but they didn't fascinate me nearly as much as digimon did. It's still one of my favorite franchises, even if seasons 5 and 6 were mediocre.
