Mine was Ranma1/2.

To Love Ru is my first if I recall correctly. I was only 13 when I saw it and boy was it a ride.

Pokemon would be the very first but I wouldn't really count that as I didn't even know what anime was by then.

If ones that were brought over and shown on TV count, then probably the earliest one I recall watching was Samurai Pizza Cats. Or maybe Salior Moon.

For ones I legit went out and found, Lucky Star. Had no clue what I was getting into.

the earliest show I can remember watching is pokemon, but it didn't really attach me to anime exactly; I didn't even know what anime was at the time.

the first i ever watched was dragon ball z but for whatever reason i never really liked it and only watched a few episodes just because it was on tv. the first i started watching and liked was one piece but i only saw a few episodes here and there. however the first anime i ever fully watched and set out to watch was desert punk, absolutely loved it.
