Well, I would have replied it as Pokemon and Digimon but then I didn't know a thing about anime back when I watched it so.. to make it official, it was InuYasha that got me aware of and got into anime.

My very first anime and what show got me into anime are two different things.

I can't say for sure what was the very first anime I watched, as they were my morning cartoons and it could have been either one of them. They were:

  • Pokemon
  • Beyblades
  • Yu-Gi-Oh
  • Dragonball Z
  • Digimon


I'm sure they all played their part in influencing me, but officially, it was Naruto that converted me.

Evangelion was my first anime. I've been rewatching it for the past six years-- it's the anime that I've been into for the longest out of all the shows I've watched. It kind of just latched onto me and never let go.
