i just noted that tag power got reduced, so this "update"ALSO affected features outside HV.

I wonder how long it will take for me to compile a list of all the places where players have been screwed in terms of mana costs/duration/effect/efficiency in terms of mana/duration/effect

Go and look 3+ years back at the vigilante threads and you'll notice that people got stuff done without everyone having 25+ power. One could make a solid argument that expunge/tagging power has gotten out of control and that it needs to be reigned in. There is literally not a single reason why a dupe needs to be expunged in 5 minutes.

BUG:
Corruption and Smite still hit only 3 target max despite equipping the abilities.

More than halfway to the next longest thread on patches, and it's been less than 24 hours. Amazing stuff, 10B.

I was going to see whether playing HV would be viable after the massive fixes put in, and the answer appears to be, "No, not really." Which is a vast improvement over the "FUCK! HELL, NO!" response I had last night.

The reason your attacks've been horribly nerfed is because you aren't level 320+ which, it would seem, you need to be to escape most of the shit that's been landing on everyone else. Level 350+ and you almost entirely escape it all. Light armour user? Rejoice, you have been nerfed the least of all!

I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT TO THOSE USING LARGE CAPITAL LETTERS THAT A PROPER POLL ON THE MATTER OF WIDESCREEN PREFERENCE HAS BEEN SET UP HERE.

Also, bring back the all tab in the equipment shop.

Still looking for confirmation that Great Cleave , 2H skill, is bugged/nerfed into oblivion.

After playing through it more, my general feeling is just one of disappointment.

-It's becoming a game (actually, more of a chore than a game) whose rewards aren't proportional to the elbow grease players put into it. 1 million to 2.5 million credits to train a skill? Are you serious? Who has that kind of time, given that the credits we get now from fighting are pocket change even on IWBTH?

-For every new benefit given to players in each update, at least 10 or so other things are taken from them, like in the form of nerfed damage, lesser credits, retired equipment and items, or skills that we blew our credits on without knowing suddenly becoming obsolete. No explanation is given as to why these things happen, they just do. It gets tiring after a while.

-As far as I'm seeing it, the previous updates including this one is turning Hverse into a tottering, unbalanced upside down pyramid with the small group of powerful players becoming the new standard which everything is based on. It feels like in order to cater to the increasing demands of the few rich and elite super players who play it 24/7, the other hundreds of newbies and casual players get shafted with each successive version.

-Games like RPGs are supposed to be fun no matter how you choose to play the game or what style you choose to play as, but here this doesn't seem to be the case. Being forced to play one particular style (the least crippled) to be able to get anywhere is very linear and gets boring real fast.

And just when I was finally getting the hang of things and had a nice routine going. :/

My Great Cleave used to clear 50,000, now I'm at 2 3 Great Cleave crits Nakajou Azusa for 28117 void damage.


5-6 hits to kill enemies on NORMAL? Can't clear IWTBH, BT or even Nintendo (just tried)


Spirit Stance... still 2-3 hits to kill anything. No more one hit kills on any monster.
