I thought it was strange that it got optimal potencies so soon after I sold it, but it was overshadowed by how pissed I was when I found out that an item I sold for 30K was flipped for 500K before it was maxed.

1.0 can't happen until we get enemies with real skills. I want to see avions with a wind gust that stuns and lowers accuracy with durations based on the player's primary attributes and wind mitigation.

I guess artifacts no longer drop in GF. I used to get one every 75 rounds or so. After 350 rounds, nothing. What a waste of time!
