So, it will be easy to get Juggernaut and Capacitor proof in IW

Agree with this.
The bug has been confirmed by some players today.
Intentionally abusing this bug would make Juggernaut LV5 + Capacitor LV5 become possible and easy.
Please fix it.

well, my solution to this problem is:
it does not matter that who's getting banned eventually. However, the existing result need to be fixed or else that is too unfair for the rest of the players since it is already too fucking hard to get 10% HP, not talk about get 10%HP and 10%MP together.
