...uh... ...to whoever this may concern... I'm not a translator or editor or anything. I just hate when people complain about things and never, actually, do anything about it. To me, it gets annoying.

I've been working with this temp agency and that temp agency; and I've met two or three guys who mess around and are unproductive. Because, you know. Getting the job done is important. Also, I'm not very good with "dealing with people."

If a job needs to be done and someone's causing trouble via his (in)actions, you let the supervisors (or people on the top) know. You don't deal with the troublemakers and you let the management deal with them instead. Sure, you have to watch your back from now on because you robbed someone of a job. But those of us who need work are treated badly enough already. So the attitude (as well as the face) needs to be fixed.
