Matter of fact My next door neighbor down the road,has a dog.
He never feeds the thing,never gives it water,keeps it out in the cold when it is snowing.

I take care of her now in days she stays over here all the time.
On my back deck I keep a bowl of water and food for her.
She loves me she is a really cute big dog.
When I see Him car for her ,she looks scared.
If she don't come to him in a few mins he will Hit her and Chain her up with out food and water.
It makes me wanna take my Rifle and Blow his FUCKING HEAD OFF.
The mother fucker had to buy a New chain about 3 times,WHY cus I keep walking over there at night when he dos it and I cut the chain up.
I did it a few night's ago when it was snowing and she walked home with me.
I even left the cocksucker a Note saying Take care of your dog.
Buy her food,give her water and if I see you hit her in the face agein.
You will not have a God damn face cus I will beat it the fuck in.

He now takes care of her and feeds her and gives her water.
She still comes over my House alot and see's me and I give her food and water.
If you Don't have the responsibility to take care of your Animal,you don't need one.
