not so great. My back pain has got to the point were it's affecting my sleep. It's a constant ache usually but it got me up at around 6Am this morning. I usually sleep on my back but that has become quite uncomfortable I must of rolled onto my stomach in my sleep because I woke up in pain. Sleeping on my side is the only way I can get to sleep but find uncomfortable, much prefer sleeping on my back. I've been on holiday for two weeks now, trying to rest it by not doing anything remotely strenuous but it seems to be getting worse. I think I'll have to make an appointment to see my doctor but the one I'm registered with is quite a distance from my house
