OK, I just got back from getting gas where my friend works and we chatted for a while. He was telling me about this huge 10 foot screen he bought for some kind of projector that he uses to play his video games on. I don't know if it hooks up through the TV or what, but I have yet to see this thing. Then he told me he bought the new collector's edition of GTA. I was like, "How old are you now?" And he said, "I'm still younger than you, bitch." Then we laughed like we used to and rallied off insults. I miss my RL friends sometimes. At least I can see them standing there in front of me when I verbally abuse them.

Anyway, I had to leave the air-conditioned mini-mart after I got gas cuz the place was filling up with people so here I am, back in my stifling hot room typing crap on my overheating laptop.

I've got one on me right now and earlier today I had another one going out in the hallway. The house was like an oven and outside was even worse. But yeah, I saw those fans you can get for your laptop and those cooling stands. I should probably look into that. I kept thinking my crappy-lappy was gonna ignite. Or melt. But I do have a handheld fan. I'll use that tomorrow if it gets bad again.

You guys should send me some rain. I'll even take snow at this point.

Today I went out in the backyard with my cat and a bird came really close to us, scratching around on the ground for bugs. My cat was chawing on a blade of grass but when she saw the bird, she was like "Meh, killed enough in my day" and ignored it. It was cute.

Then I took a shower and washed my hair a little while ago and put on some VS lotion and now my ass smells really good. Too bad you can't sniff it and see what I'm talking about.

And the heat wave is still on but it's not quite as bad as yesterday, but it's still pretty damn warm.
