Yesterday was horrible for me. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong.

Cat woes: My cat got into another fight with that one cat that comes sniffing around here every so often, but this time my cat was hurt. She's limping and not feeling well. I saw that scuzzy cat she fought with in our neighbor's yard and chased it away and I'm keeping my cat indoors at night.

Internet woes: I managed to come online yesterday morning but then I lost my connection and couldn't figure out what the fuck was wrong. I had to wait an entire day for the cable guy to come out and when he was here this morning, he did a thorough check of all the cable lines and replaced some stuff. Actually, it turns out it was my modem malfunctioning so I bought a new modem and I'm online again.

At first I was like panicking because I couldn't do my HV battles but then I just relaxed and became all RL again. I watched movies on TV all last night.

My cat's feeling better now. I've been keeping her in at night and she hates that so she was making a fuss all night long. She absolutely detests having to use the litter box, too. Anyway, early this morning she woke me up wanting to go outside to pee so I reluctantly let her out and told her don't come crying to me if that cat beats you up again. But I'm still going to keep her in at night whether she likes it or not. She's too old to be getting into fights and having turf wars with younger cats.
