I hand wrote a letter to my RL friend that I've known for years (her and her husband moved to Brokeback Montana a few years ago). We email each other but once in a while we'll hand write a letter to each other just so we'll get stuff in the mail.

My handwriting is so sloppy because I'm used to typing everything. And the envelope wasn't sticking together so I had to use glue on it. I wiped my forehead and got glue on my face. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

My dad's birthday was yesterday and I was working, so I took him out to dinner tonight. He never asks for anything tangible and he knows if I bought him something I would probably buy something terrible (it's hard shopping for a 51 year old gay man) so he usually just asks for dinner.

Yeah. Letter writing is a lost art, I guess. I wrote another letter to my stepmother's elderly auntie over in Scotland. We write to each other when we can. It's cool getting mail from overseas, even though it's snail mail.

Anyway, I taped some TV shows last night so I guess I'll go watch those now.
