I'm hurting from the latest patch, but I was (and still am) extremely interested in:
Magnificent Jade Kevlar Helmet of Deflection (60k, 5PABs)

TBH, now that Kevleather is the new Kevlar, I am sure that this will become very expensive. But I was so close to completing my elemental Kevlar set before ponyshiyou know who screwed me over. How willing are you to part with it? I can't say I have a lot to spare at the moment, but I'm working on it.

All Kevlars are now 3x list price, though. That's going to put a crimp in anyone's budget. I'll let this one go for 100k, just this one time.

EDs do bugger all now, and the prices of hath have crashed significantly post-patch. I haven't updated my pricelist and exchange rates, but yeah.

1 hath = 13k, 1 ED = 8k.

You can pay off in installments, take your time.

Since I'm new to HV, there's this question's that's been bothering me. If say I equip a 'of the Vampire' 1H weapon in my offhand, does it still sometimes gain me health when it gets to hit? Or does it only deal damage and no other gimmicks involved? Thanks!

OK, so your purchases are cancelled, sure.

To answer your questions, though:

1. Strikes ONLY kick in for standard melee attacks. Not Dominos, not Counters, not Skills. They essentially give you additional damage for free.

2. If you DW, then yeah, all the weapon procs should work (or at least their chance of activating get calculated) assuming you landed an offhand hit.
