I made a homemade burger with grilled onions.
I'm surprised the family in this household has never heard of the ingredients i've always knew as a kid. They just put seasoning on top of the burger patty. But me?
oh no no no. I throw the seasoning into the meat and i keep mushing it over and over and over, then put a tablespoon of Mayo into the meat, that way the mayo keeps the burger patty moist... and the seasoning inside the meat is explosive in flavor. Otherwise why put seasoning on top of the patty? shit gets stuck on the pan.
I also put seasoning on my onions,, and i always pour some water on it halfway cooking so it retains and keeps its moister rather then burning out.
Also i make killer Spaghetti and meatballs.
