I guess it would depend on how the system checks for the quality when salvaging. If it uses the equip's name string, then it might be a bug. If it uses the internal quality value, then it might be because of final quality roll shenanigans. Time to light up the Tenboro Signal?

Oh, good that all my cotton pieces are of younger date. But at least, a low-grade should has dropped for an exquisite, I think. Or is the gap that big?

-The salvage rate for bindings is now drastically reduced.-

Crude range recycles ~20%, down from ~35%.
Superior range recycles ~25% of bindings, down from about half. Quality seems to have a greatly diminished effect on binding returns!

upgraded equipment cannot be sent or transferred, effectively making them cursed items

So it occurs to me that the drop quality formula whatever thingy is still screwy.

Just got this in an Arena on IWBTH. Yeah.

Well, I'm not sure about screwy. For all I know it was completely intended to have crude/fair drop fairly often on the highest difficulty level, I don't know.

At least, you had some drop. For me, not even that is happening quite often. Surely makes one wonder if the IWBTH label is just for show.
