Yeah, I am wondering about this too. I just leveled my phase hat to Potency Level 1 and it acquired a Coldproof potency, which just adds +5.63 Cold mitigation. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif) That's not particularly exciting, and now that hat has one less potency level to get something useful.

Looks interesting.

On a personal note, I hope the wiki calculations for both types of accuracy are updated soon, as I can only roughly approximate them now, and accuracy influences my stat and equipment choices. Similarly, I'd like to know specifically how monster evade is affected by accuracy above 100% (Would 200% accuracy be the point at which monsters get 0% evade regardless of their base evade (a proportional value at a 100% rate (Is this the rate?)), or is it subtracted linearly, such as by 150% accuracy subtracting 12.5% (a 25% rate) from monster evades, so monsters with 12.5-% base evade go to 0% evade (Negative evade is impossible, right?), but a monster with 50% base evade would go to 37.5% evade?), and likely also what monster evade is typically like, so I can judge accuracy's value better.

Yeah. I wouldn't mind if the order you unlock them was random. But it the potency bonus is random it'll ruin your one-of-a-kind items.
Btw I just leveled a phase robe to level 1 and got windproof. Which sucks.

They are random bonus stats. For armor, mostly elemental defenses as well as a couple of new stats. Ignore them if you don't like them.

Please introduce a way to reset the potency to level 0 and start anew if you aren't happy with the results. Cuz as it is, I think it's worthless. Especially if it's possible to get one elementel defense repeatedly (as I fear it is).
