Hm. Leveled my main weapon for the first time (got end.1, meh).

Simply put the number of rounds your item takes to clear multiplied with difficulty modifier (monster hp modifier):
Easy x1
Normal x1
Hard x1.5
Heroic x2
Nightmare x2.5
Hell x3
Nintendo x4
Battletoads x5
IWBTH x10

= total potency (exp) gained

Then I can leave out the Item World ... I do not go over 50 rounds and almost all of my items have more than 70 rounds.
Probably something wrong with my character because I'm too weak ... xD (would be nice to have a mentor)

i just wanted to whine about the daily exp >.<

also i'd like to know about the forum bonus that affects the daily exp, wiki does say something about it, but it's not clear for me. It says one post per day is enough to be considered active and then says 4% per post, so how much exp would i get with zero posts? or with 5 posts would it be 20%? then 5 more on the next day, does that put it at 40%? plus it says duration is 30 days, so i'm kinda confused about how it stacks over time etc.

And what is this percent of... total exp till next level? or only of 5% till next level? and since it stacks up to 100% (although the wiki itself is not sure about that), does that mean if i post 20 posts a day, i can level up once per day? that seems way too imba, can someone explain this and stuff, what i've missed, what i've missunderstood :3

Think of it like this: you need one post a day to give you that daily bonus, and you need to post in 20 days in a 30-day period to get the full benefit. You don't get more benefit (in terms of THIS bonus) by posting more than once per day.

Now the full benefit applies differently to Dawn and battles:
For Dawn, the full benefit is 5% of the total EXP required to reach next level.
For battles, it's a 100% bonus adding to AP/training/toplist bonus.

Looks like I had it correct, now just two more things: every post has an individual 30 day timer? I guess that posting 25 on one day should suffice for me to get the max bonus for the next 30 days?

No. The count is on 'daily' basis, not 'per post' basis.

Whee, an incentive to start leveling!
I was getting close to surpass my items level and didn't want to spend 100k's of credits just for a new weapon and then even more for new power gear.

My equipment keeps resetting to level 0 potency. Is that suppose to happen? I thought it was cumulative. What's the point of wasting hours in item world when those points will just disappear on you a few hours later? And shouldn't using that equipment get exp for them as well? This is quite possibly the worst update.
