Action speed is capped at 400 right? So Swift Strike is useless for people who can already reach that limit?

Has anyone mentioned in this thread that burden (and maybe interference; I wouldn't know as I'm a mage) also scales with your level (in an undesirable way)?

EDIT: Oh, to clarify, my weapon had a burden that I had maxed, assuming you really did get less burden of the burden potential in the past. But now the burden just goes up and up. So it is different...

How about a temporary forge button where we can turn something we already gained on a one-hander/two-hander into swift strike since we missed out on rolling on it before.

Or a for sure on resets (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I thought endurance was fairly common for melee weapons like my first Legendary (which I got just before the equipment re-write making an auction fairly pointless) or this rapier.

My Dawn xp continues to decline even though I am now posting.

In more good news, both my water heater and AC died and then I got chased by angry, angry bees.

go to the forge to increase lvl with upgrade or more simply enter the item world of your equipement to get the point you need , once you reach the appropriate number of point you gain a potency.
