My Scythe is level 8 and no Economizer so far. Only Butcher and END Bonus.

At LV7, my estoc has max END, 1 AGI and 1 butcher.

So if you had a 4 PAB item, I'm not sure what you can roll for after 5 butchers.

On the other hand, staffs roll for AGI/INT/WIS/Economizer/Archmage afaik.
