As my equipment no longer has item lvls anymore, will staves that had 3turn ET potential but were at 2 turns at the time still become 3x ET?

Yes. You have to level up to get there though.

It kinda sucks that we can't see the proc potential anymore though. It's nice to know my Ethereal Club will eventually go from 3 to 4 (it's one of the reasons I bought it).

Playing Item World on Hard because I have to complete 146 rounds for my mace.

Monsters are dropping like flies. I normally play Arena on Nintendo.

Wiki should probably be updated with how the difficulty modifier affects XP gain for items. Normal is 1x and Hard appears to be 1.5x

you do realize that if you can't generate any credits you can't sink them into HV. Training still costs 100s of million of credits, hath perks are still there if you can't generate credits from playing the game to gain things that help you with it. why the hell even play it

So IW has a Round 2 RM now. Why? Is there any benefit to hopping in and out for short runs?

Nah, don't refund it. Just repurpose it to increase your chances of getting non-crap potencies (elemental resistances for sure.)

I also like the idea of resetting potencies to 0 since RNG will ultimately screw you over most of the time.

With most items so low in value now with the bazaar, and the small chance for a quality usable or sellable payoff, trophies don't seem worth it now unless you pick them up for free via drops. I just sold a Max PA Estoc that I got from a MBP Tail for 52c. Which would have been a splendid 948c loss had I bought from the bazaar just for the remote chance of a good piece.

I got no bonuses from rapidly and correctly solving the Round 2 RM, so I would believe that it is either 1) a bug or 2) a further crackdown on bots or 3) something to really bleed stamina from the inattentive.

Doing it this way makes it more like the Disgaea item world (which had exit items and the built in ability to leave every 10th round) While doing so does create an extra variable to be tracked, it creates insurance for the players on harder / longer runs and allows people to do a few rounds at a time like on a lunch break without needing to dedicate 30-45 minute blocks just to run through a fine item.

My biggest concern is:

For Item World, does the forge upgrades get retroactively applied?

Example: I have Edurance lv. 1, I forge it once, and now I IW and get Endurance lv. 2. Will the forge bonus be applied to both levels?

I have a hunch that the answer is yes, but doesn't hurt to ask.
