1) Multiply the number of IW levels by 10
2) Make exploration cumulative (you die, you start from that same floor)
3) Every N levels, you meet a guardian (schoolgirl or tanked custom monster)
4) Beat the guardian and the item levels up
5) Change "Item World" to "Tartarus"
6) ?
7) Profit

Nah, Satsuki isn't even lvl 700+ lol. Most of the complaints are really because of E1la.

It's just disappointing that Tenboro would rather listen to lower-level guys complain(the ones who will probably disappear within a year) about high level customs appearing too often, while simultaneously crapping on the people who would actually spend time and effort on his game. Frith maybe insane with his E1la obsession, but there's no way you can deny the time/effort spent on his monster. (unless he botted crysfest somehow, but that's another matter)

I have to say though, my favourite part of this update is that I now have a 181.3% hit chance with spells. With any luck this means that 501st can go suck it.

I think it will still be a while before I can rush Item world. Without using mana elixirs I have trouble clearing much more than 140 rounds in Item world on normal. Though this may have had something to do with encountering Eila far too often... sometimes 10-15 rounds in a row (or nearly in a row) and often with Sakura Kei and Elizabeth in the same round. Then again, even post patch I fought Eila in the first, second, and third arenas today as well as in one of the two hourly fights.

Separately, this patch has really diminished my drive to reach Lvl 220 so that I could finally get lots of school gril trophies to trade for items which would either be usable or have a decent salable value.

2 5 MG 42 crits you for 7977 piercing damage.
2 4 Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen 501st uses MG 42

2 2 Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen 501st resists your spell.

On normal difficulty.

What are those numbers next to the item potency level?

Also, I notice that when I open a piece of equipment in a new window, the numbers are sometimes different than they are when I just hover over that same piece. For instance, my gauntlets, on hover, have a potency level of 1 with the numbers 61/378. In a new window, those same Gauntlets have a potency level of 0 with the numbers 0/293.
