You don't have 200% hit chance yet? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

200% hit chance increases your chances to hit on an upgraded monster from 72% to 80% ((1-0.10)(1-0.20) = 0.72, eliminating evade will yield simply 1-0.20 = 0.80)

currently there's no way to increase your chance to hit beyond 80% on an upgraded monster
