Attack accuracy has also been change.

Now AGI has no effect and DEX gives 1% accuracy per 25 point.
Accuracy bonus from weapons seems to be lowered to 0.2% per 10 prof.

That doesn't mean people who want to have high-PL monsters (700+) should take the brunt of the changes.
