I started with 1H and 2H for a tiny bit but I've since spent the majority of my time using dual-wield. It just does so much damage, its totally worth it. I might try to setup a 2H or even 1H and shield setup later on to see how those go, but my proficiencies for DW are over 67 while 1H and 2H are both under 1.
