I don't care about the current name, the only real problem is when they aren't visually distinguishable. (Though, throwing on hyphens is just silly, which is why I blocked that too.)

The No Name is just as confusing as barely-distinguishable Eila, for all we know, while we killing Lisi and Eliza, the monster who struck the killing blow to us would be that Eila without name or a monster actually named No Name

I would have gone with Neo Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen. And Giga Yochi as her attack.
Or Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen ZERO with Tera Yochi.
Or Safer Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen with Nova Yochi.

It's not so tough by itself, but it can sure dodge my attacks and magic like they're brushed aside. Usually my last opponent to kill anyway due to its high evade and resist.
