As trolly as it sounds... I kind of like the new PAB spawn system. I'm fine with exq+ having at least x amount of PAB's or whatever so that people don't get jipped but I don't want quality prefix to jeopardize the low quality PAB chances (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

I also like the new PAB system, as it brings back the possibility of better equips. That's why we shouldn't base on 1 equip and said the system sucks. However, the PAB roll needs to be correlated with the quality; as I've said, the quantity of PAB also affect how useful an equip can be.

As for its chance to affect lower end of equips....well, you gain something, you lose something.
If we're getting equips with better PAB from better quality rolls, it will be beneficial to the whole HV community.

Actually not, because SP shield is determined by your total HP (including your HP tanks). So for the same amount of damage dealt, if you have less HP tanks, it will surely drain more SP.
