QUOTE(kingwolf @ Jun 27 2012, 23:07) That's a nice Block. Is your shield a buckler? You should check out some of the auctions to see if you can get a better one. Are you using cloth, light or heavy armor?
I have Superior Kite Shield of Barrier - 30% block, 10 burd. 10 int. weapon Superior Rapier of Slaughter - 530dmg, 26% Attack accuracy, 15% penetr. armor 4 turns, i find it most useful I am full light armor, all Fine or Superior shade - total burden 20, inter. 60. Total dmg 2541, hit chance 96,5, crit chance 37,5 26% evade, 38% block, 27% parry, 60% resist Is there anything I can do better? I am collecting full heavy for my second set, but there just seem to be too much burden and int. and not much from it. Also I have 0 proficiency for 2handed and only 140 for heavy, thats gonna be a huge handicap is it not? thx 4 any pointers This post has been edited by Lunatic2: Jun 28 2012, 02:00

You better ask it here. Small tip: More evade = Less counter -> less dmg dealt & stun proc

2 6 Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen crits you for 2350 piercing damage. 2 4 Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen 501st crits you for 2350 piercing damage. Lol. At first glance I thought they were both exactly the same damage wise, but then I looked at what SS shaved off. 2 5 Your spirit shield absorbs 1136 points of damage from the attack into 21.98 points of spirit damage. 2 3 Your spirit shield absorbs 7624 points of damage from the attack into 136.4 points of spirit damage. Does this mean that Eila 2.0 is fully upgraded now? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) This post has been edited by Ebil☆Panda: Jun 28 2012, 05:38

If you really want a shield, there are some great ones here for auction. SHD-05 has 29.23 Block and less than half the Burd./Intr. SHD-07 has four PABs on it but only 21.45 Block. If you want, you can go full shield heavy or mix it up. Your 2-handed prof. should rise really quickly once you start using one. If you got the credits, train Assimilator to gain even faster. The exact 2-handed type you use depends on your play style. Whether you go with a mace, longsword or whatever, I recommend starting out with a weapon with a Battlecaster suffix. They have no Intr. and reduce mana used for spells.

Will they ever fix the equipment drop glitch?! Equipment drop rates are the same as before, except they sell for half as much. I honestly haven't noticed any increase in the amount of equipment drops I receive. At the very most, it is an increase of 10%, not doubled as previously stated. So, either they need to fix the drop mechanic or make equipment worth what it was before the update.

Doubled as in double the chance you'll get equipment from drops. You still need to factor in your own drop rates as well. For example: 5% base drop rate, and the base chance is now 4% for equipment drop, doubled from 2%. So you can see how it's not going to be that noticeable.

A bit late into this but now that spell cost scales I last about 2 rounds before my whole mana empties and I have to use a mana pot, Its quite bothersome for melee character.
Do I have to invest into magic tank ability?

Yes. That and health tanks are your top priority

Now's a good time to since the spells you can get will become more expensive to cast. I personally hate how spell cost is a percentage of your base mana. Leveling up and increasing WIS/INT isn't as satisfying as it should be.

Hey Tenboro, I've noticed a strange error popping up on my console from time to time. I've only seen it two or three times and it was while I was testing code, so I'm not sure what's causing it or even how to recreate it. I think the first time I saw it was on Saturday the 23rd. Here's the message from the error console: CODE Error: downloadable font: download failed (font-family: "HentaiVerse" style:normal weight:normal stretch:normal src index:0): status=2152398850 source: http://hentaiverse.org/s/hentaiverse.ttf Source File: http://hentaiverse.org/s/066.css Line: 0 Source Code: @font-face { font-family: "HentaiVerse"; src: url("hentaiverse.ttf"); }

QUOTE(kingwolf @ Jun 28 2012, 20:28)  Oh, player's level.
If it makes you feel better, it used to be percentage of base mana. The longest conversation I ever had with Tens was arguing about that particular change.

Yeah it sucks.
This spell cost scaling pretty much doubled the cost of all spells even tough my mana stayed the same.
