Firstly, hooray! Thank you! This is the one I have been waiting for.
Though I can't help but feel that chaos upgrades should increase power level as well.
As far as loot goes... well I never seem to loot anything of value anyway, so nothing different to me. Hell I think it took 9 months for me to finally get a pony figurine.
Also, I am fighting the same monsters every other round.
I counted 42/100 encounters with that lisette werkmeister or whoever doing trio and the tree. Getting a bit out of hand.
Needs to be a loot modifier for difficulty of monster I think.

Woo, would of liked a warning on the change to the hourly encounters. going from 2-3 monster to 9 monsters was quite the surprise.
anti-evade, anti-block, anti-resist and anti-parry will make custom mobs pretty nasty
do like the posting bonus change where its one post a day for full bonus instead of 10 a day
and since you got rid of damage bonus for sleep and stun, maybe make the mob unable to dodge or defend against attacks when stunned or sleep (100% hit chance with 0% dodge, evade, block, and parry)

This, pretty much. The Agitated status makes almost-dead monsters basically total powerhouses. I got hit for... I think 10k or 12k damage by an agitated monster's skill. That shaved off something like 80 Spirit Points with my Spirit Shield up. That's just entirely too much. Also, since maces are nerfed to hell at this point, give Stun a buff. I think the best (and most logical) thing that could be added to Stun is to lower the evasion of the Stunned monster down to 0. That is, if you attack it, it will get hit, no matter what.

Small requests, I am really fed up with those insanely buffed creatures with 1k PL
On Monster PL vs. Player Level, only players with 300+ Lv should encounter all custom creatures instead of 200+

A good news is that I can find out some strong monsters via sp gauge and focus my fire on them,but bad news is I have to face some creatures that have PL of 1K+ with 100K HP in the random encounter battle of IWBH

We~ll... New upgrade system sure is interesting, now I can finally spend all my CT somewhere.
On the other hand, this makes (almost all) custom monsters quite powerful, no?

Well...I lowered the difficulty by 1 grade and tried a few arenas. It isn't as difficult as people rumbled, though as every Tenb's experimental patch, something need to be adjusted.
For example, chaos upgrade. It's okay to increase monster's damage and/or mitigation, but increasing monster HP just double the negative impact. Especially when HP also scales with level and monster's PL.
Change in PAB is okay, though the % for certain PAB to appear on equips needs to be adjusted. Right now it's too random.
Removing mini-boss sounds good, but replacing that with 2 custom monster isn't a good idea.
I'm okay with other changes.

Cool patch but the arena's take much more(too much) time now and is much much harder. Monsters are super strong now. It will probably be adjusted soon though.I don't use maces but seems like mace users got hit hard.
Posting bonus fix is great. Also nice that chaos tokens have a use for many people.
Also, seems like defend/focus is still useless, at least for me, too little % to get back and still not worth using. If you use defend against to get hp back when there's one monster left, it's pointless because the monster still does 5x what you heal back. If there's lots of monsters left, it's basically suicide. Getting hit by monsters hard for such little mp is also not worth it(maybe it's just because I'm low level and melee), also pretty much negates it. Mostly indifferent about it, but I liked the old system more where equip drops were less but bazaar is 2x more.

That's what I ended up doing too. I used to do my arenas on Hell before the patch but now I can't handle the SP drain on that difficulty, so it's back to Nightmare, and things are almost the same as before; I kind of miss the extra experience, though. Oh well. This patch turned Noihara Himari into my arch-nemesis. She hits hard, shrugs off my wind spells, and since I don't wear any Surtr pieces, she can take a beating. I don't suppose you can alter the potion ratio to be even? It seems Spirit Points are what most people are gonna be low on these days and personally, I don't seem to have a lot of Spirit Potions (in comparison). (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) Also, Defend's new addition seems useless when you consider the damage buff that most monsters got. Focus is great though.

The random spawn for sub 100 players was buggy, this should be fixed now.
There are a few other things coming as well. Since many monsters have been upgraded by now there are some temporary buffs that need to be tweaked down somewhat.
