I noticed a series of nerfs to mace. First nerf to 50% damage bonus, then to 25%, then none.

I guess shade armor users like me are really screwed in this version, as the monsters now have chances to reduce your evade chance.

With stun damage nerf, monster hp buff, and monster mit increase, it now takes more than 100 turns to kill Lisi or Elizabeth with my Ethereal Mace on IWBTH (not counting skills). Basically IWBTH is unplayable unless I use an estoc now.

Yeah... This is just way too difficult. Also, I'm not really getting all too many equipment drops, but whatever.

IWBTH is definitely impossible for me now. Except for the first ~3 arenas, I just can't do it. Battletoads is okay up until the ~6th arena, so that's out too.

Sticking to normal/hard/heroic until the difficulty is lowered. Hopefully won't be too long.

Wasn't the HP buff originally introduced as a placeholder to slow down killing speed and encourage higher difficulties and thus should be looked at for re-re-retweaking again?

The whole missing PAB thing, kinda stupid IMO, but that is just my opinion, which I know for a fact doesn't mean much most of the time. And when you add in the fact they can get any PAB it becauses a super trollfest compared to how it was before, though it does make it a lot more random. The useful PABs for a certain type should be guaranteed, while the other ones should be the ones that have a chance to happen.

In other news I'm not sure how well I am thinking so here is what I think of the patch: RAGGLE FRAGGLE RAWR RAWR RAWR SQUIRELL PONY DOOOM. And yes, the capitals were necessarily.

@Tenboro: Since Willow/Oak are now T1 with Redwood, what is T2 for staffs, since Ebony is part of Katalox in T3?

Edit: @Anyone who cares: NM, did a shrine dump cause IDGAF. Looks like it missed making it to the patch notes, but Ebony became T2

So, what can I say about the new patch after some testing. One word: ASS. I don't like to complain, but that's just a clusterfuck.

1. Going through last levels of T&T on BT now is like dodging trucks on a speedway. But don't worry, guys, it's just a beginning. Wait till most part of the players will max out their monsters with Chaos Tokens - then we'll all be fucked. The most funny thing: when people upgrade their monsters - their digging their own graves.

2. New PAB counting system is the biggest trollfest I've ever seen here. At least before we've had crappy equipment types and good equipment types. Now we have crappy equipment types and mostly possible crappy equipment types. Also... T&T on BT -> Superior Gossamer Robe of the Priestess without PAB's. Considering the fact I've mentioned in "1" - that's just mockery. And if somebody think LotD will help you - check this out:

Ok, did the usual daily battery of Arenas and RoB. I could sum things up by this gem:

8 1 Useless parrys your attack.
7 1 Useless parrys your attack.
6 1 Useless parrys your attack.

And yes, this was during STUN.

Unless the equipment, battle, and credit nerf situations get altered, as well as dealing with the insanely overpowered and now defensively operational super high level customs, HV is all done for low, mid, and high level players alike. Welcome to the "Yugo" HV.
