Just did an early Arena battle on BT. The enemies are definitely hitting much harder now and I need to heal more often.

P.S.: new equipment PAB system is a clusterfuck. We've got crap before, but at least when you got phase or power - it could be useful. Now we have cotton and leather crap plus high chance of crappy phase/gossamer/kevlar/shade/power/shield. FFFF-Fascinating... (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

melee has become significantly harder even on lower difficulties, but saying that the update on monsters, using chaos tokens to upgrade them is nice

I think the new equipment PAB system will be better than the old one in the long run.
1. You're getting PAB that are not available from the old equips. With sufficient drops (especially boost from the patch), you're going to get equips with similar stat and better PAB.

2. The PAB bonus is boosted. It means you can get a small boost in PAB without those old PAB-suffix equips.
