We're talking about 100 prof. not lv.100, and right now I don't know. I should wait 'Zoro the Gallade' or any others around lv. 100 to tell me the correct answer....oh wait I forgot I have around 100 2-hand prof. now (107 to be exact). So...I can see Rending Blow and Shatter Strike now, so you should get them at 100 prof or less... and Shatter Strike costs 50 OC. Right.

With 1706 life and 30.3% physical mitigation with all shade armor, I am now dead in 3-4 hits on Hard in the arena. With Regen only giving 65 health and Cure around 550 (proficiency at only 51%), unless I can evade a hit I need to cure about every other turn... running out of mana way to quickly.

Nope. Level 100, only about 40 Prof, only have Grand Cleave.

So I guess it would be require 50 prof to unlock Rending Blow and 100 prof to unlock Shatter Strike now. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Wait, just did another arena battle between posts and now it shows up... wait a sec... yep prof. is now at 50.04 so yes you are right, it's prof of 50 not lvl 50 in which it appears. Dang it's gonna be a long time to get to prof. 150 and get SS back... Assimilator is bloody expensive... edit 2: HOLY SHIT, love the new Skills for 2H, with 280% Overcharge, get 3 attacks right after each other.... ^~^ Boom, Boom, Boom.
edit 3: also have over 2200+ Base Damage, and before I believe I was under 2000... lol. (it's like God gave me his powers all at once.)

Seems like monsters are relatively the same at same Difficulties, just I am more powerful in proportion. ^~~^ edit: WOW even on the moderate Nintendo I'm like 2-3x more powerful per attack. The changed to 2H skill, while succeed in curbing the rampant use of SS, left it with a skill system that felt inelegant and unpolished. Just saying, not a criticism. I understands these thing takes time. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
