I didn't watch Ikkitousen, but after a quick research here's an idea:
Prologue: Ryomou caught Kanu having sex with schoolboys. She was shocked & left.
Main story: Ryomou is curious to know why Kanu looked so happy back then, so she
decided to try having sex with a random guy (then your current drawings...)
Epilogue: After the sexy-time the guy just left, Ryomou is lying on the ground with deep
