QUOTE(Colman @ Aug 21 2017, 17:56) Anyone experience this issue when using HentaiverseMonsterbation 1.2.0.2 & 1.2.0.4? Or is it just me? This issue started to arise with v0.86. I have tested with both Iron and chrome. Same problem. QUOTE(piyin @ Aug 21 2017, 17:58) i tought that was normal. happened to me like more than 30 times, but tought was a Chrome issue. Check the Script thread, there was some info there about this.
QUOTE(Colman @ Aug 21 2017, 18:02) I have that issue for every new round. I guess there is some issue with the auto turn advance part as there is no such issue without the script (at least I haven't seen it without using script).
sickentide, some more details for you.

Look like you have a script conflict. That appears whenever the XHR is interrupted. Most likely you have another script installed that also auto advances rounds, and it's interrupting the XHR by reloading the page. What script do you have enabled other than Monsterbation?

Monsterbation is the only script i am using. I play HV on a separate and clean browser. I do not even turn on the internet security script. Edit: After some thought, I guess this issue is not from the auto advance part. Instead, it may due to the monsters' information. Did the monsters' information required connecting to a certain sever? The problem was here from the 0.85, not only the 0.86, it is the problem that i reported that make everything hang. Using MMM only the problem is still here (already made tests) so is not a script conflict, vut i'm unsure if the problem reside in MMM or on the HV server. But i see this message on the news page: QUOTE The switch for the same frontend server seems to have failed again. Expect some failures as the traffic is rerouted. so maybe is truly a server problem that is still to be fixed.

I have same mistake on Chrome while using my hovering script (it is not Monsterbation, it is fully custom). It appears with random frequency at the beginning of the round. I believe it has something with "you are victorious" message auto-clicking/hiding. In my case message appears, but is begin clicked automatically.
Up with Scremaz: Mozilla users anyone?

btw, reason because we insist with Monsterbation is that it's somehow the sanctioned one. it has been developed by fully complying with tenboro's guidelines, asking him when things weren't clear, sickentide strictly observed them and so on. I was incorrect here. What I meant is - I took Monterbation script and removed everything I need not and optimized everything for my melee needs. It is ~sorta~ monsterbation, but truly it is custom version of it - this is what I meant. My first question here few days ago was "what hover-like" script people are using right now? People tell me: "monsterbation", so I took it and remove/edit =)

Mozilla Firefox here, freash install, used nearly only for HV (i just have the minimum of extensions i need and only a pair of extra script for google page).
I got some problems in Pale Moon for MMM so i migrated to FF to remove them. Those problems started some weeks ago, i was using a version of MMM with zero problems and they just started so i don't think that they are (only) on MMM side.

calm guys. i don't see any problem here. QUOTE(f4tal @ Aug 21 2017, 20:10) I was incorrect here. uh, ok. well, personally i don't think it's really needed to remove all monsterbation's "useless" parts - i explicitly asked to the coder to realize functions in modules, so they simply need to be turned off. you know, one script - a hundred configs. but again, i'm not the coder and source is public, so as long as it satisfies tenboro's guidelines...

I have the same issue since updating Monsterbation from version 1.1.6.0.
1.1.6.0. still worked fine. Newer versions had that issue every round.
Using Iron for HV.

hm. not getting those errors in either chrome or firefox here. from what i can tell it's more of a server communication issue than a script foulup. can the people getting the errors report on how they do/do not appear with different combinations of the ajaxRound and noPopup settings? the monster info system does indeed connect to a separate server, but it does so asynchronously so it shouldn't cause slowdown or interference with the HV server communication

if you right-click > inspect anywhere on the page, it opens the developer tools that give access to the console which may show some error messages

@Mantra64: I was using a 1.8/1.9 version when the problem came up.
I then decided to try to turn back at the settings of 1.1.6.1 that woerked perfectly (with a full backup of the browser so no setting changed) and the problem persisted, this is why i don't think is MMM.
Anyway, next time it hang i will save the console info.

It seem the best solution for now is to use an older version. I still have a copy of 1.1.3.3. So I will stick with it for a while. BTW, I have only use Monsterbation with normal attack. I haven't try it with magic/skill rotation because I do not have time to look through the script yet. Is there any quick guide for setting up skill rotation for, e.g. holy mage, or other most complex build for proficient grinning?

line 55 or so: CODE hoverAction = Strongest([Cast('Paradise Lost'), Cast('Banish'), Cast('Smite')]), //Attack
this is the spell rotation for holy mages. similarly for other elements, with T3 spell listed first (like in the old scripts, iirc). as for Imperil (if you use it) you'd better bind it to a key or a mouse action. This post has been edited by Scremaz: Aug 22 2017, 15:09

there's a key to disable spell rotation so you can merely hover iirc. powerup gems and all the rest can be casted with the default hotkeys (like "P" for powerups, the others depending on how your battle slots are filled) or by clicking with the mouse on a quickbar slot. btw, you may also want to extend your quickbar to view all of them. this is mine, for example: CODE quickbarExtend = [ 0, 'ikey_1','ikey_2','ikey_3','ikey_4','ikey_5','ikey_6','ikey_7','ikey_8','ikey_9', 'ikey_10', 0, 'ikey_s1', 0, 0, 0, 1 ], the first zero is only a filler to make it start on a new line. ikeys are draughts/potions slots. ikey_s is for scrolls and the last 1 is for gems. all the other zeros are only dividers

From the console the only error that monsterbation commit is that: CODE 14:14:39.205 TypeError: monsters[target] is undefined 1 HentaiverseMonsterbation.1.2.0.4.user.js:279:29 CODE if ( hoverAction && !interruptAlert && monsters[target].hasAttribute('onclick') ) { CODE https://developer.mozilla.org/it/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Errors/Unexpected_type that happen when you click\wheel outside the hover area. (even on a live monster). This post has been edited by Maharid: Aug 22 2017, 17:28
