1) Ensure you are using the right link to come to hentaiverse\e-hentai 8i was using one that made me come on hentaiverse.org without anything first making script not running). CODE https://e-hentai.org/news.php for RE https://hentaiverse.org/ for HV 2) Ensure that the right address is set in Monsterbation CODE // @match *://*.hentaiverse.org/* 3) When you install a new version that add things try it without any cange first and after that change manually some stings at a time to test the scrit is still working (just go in battle, chenge settings on the script and save it without closing the writer screen, refresh page and see if it work... repeat until all is set). If it's not running at all then it could be a syntax error you introduce when changing settings, one tiny barely noticeable error and the whole thing won't run. Try the newest version with no changes.

what kills it is copy/paste the settings. In one version Hoveraction was renamed monsteraction or something like that. If the script finds a function that it doesn't know, it stops. Same for comma's and semicolons. If you accidentally delete one, the script stops. What works for me is: - install the script as it was downloaded. No changes. - Play HV - check if script is running (should be yes or it's something on your systems side) - Change one setting - reload HV - chekc script is running - change 2nd setting - reload HV etc. Then you may find the error in the settings.

Check javascript console for errors. If needed, insert some console.log('script is running at line ##'); to find where problems are.

I've been running a really old Iron version and it didn't support the arrow-syntax ( x => y ), so that broke quite a bit. Fix was easy, just take a recent Chromium version and keep auto-update turned on. (Chromium doesn't disable extensions not from store like Chrome does)

Fixed!
I did as you guys suggested, and ran it while setting one parameter at a time and typing everything manually.
It flew through like clockwork, not a glitch.
Of course, I have no idea what the actual glitch was last night.
Last night, before I deleted the first version, I used notepad to copy and paste rotations and bindings.
I'm assuming there was a syntax in there somewhere.

@RoadShoe: When new settings are added if some line are different everything can broke so is always better to keep the old version to check the wanted setting and remake them manually in the new.

monster scanner is live. let's all hope it doesn't make a boohbah of jenga's database
HentaiverseMonsterbation.1.2.0.2.user.js.zip ( 14.79k )
Number of downloads: 175option monsterInfo displays information from the database. if the monster has a PL below 2250 and hasn't been scanned in the last 2 months, the right part of the info box will have a light red text colour. if the monster has been scanned recently, the text will appear white option submitScans automatically submits info to the database when scanning. for this to succeed, the monster must not be affected by any mitigation debuffs (i only made one boohbah before realising the need for this failsafe and was able to fix it later) other changes: noPopup now hides the end-of-round popup on top of dismissing it option hoverGem to activate the gem icon by hovering option clickEverywhere to use middle and right click bindings and disable the context menu everywhere This post has been edited by sickentide: Aug 13 2017, 11:17

I don't use monster scan at all, if i let both "monsterInfo" and "submitScans" no database is created and used, right?
If not, how i remove the function completely from the script?
