If you find this useful, you can k+ or donate hath/cred to me. xD Wonderful! (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I requested something like this a long time ago. QUOTE(TheGreyPanther @ Jun 19 2012, 18:41) I find it difficult to manage karma imbuement sometimes. So here I formally request a karma script. I described what it would ideally would do in Ask the Experts! To avoid Karma Exhaustion it should save your imbues and UCP - Karma and calculate and show what KE will affect an imbue and when it will wear off. Your script makes it much easier to reciprocate karma imbues. It's a great improvement on Karma Notifier in that regard. Beeing able to see your current karma also helps to decide when an imbue has the most power. A countdown to full power or 1000 power (max you can imbue) which ever is the lowest would be a useful addition to you already excellent script. Karmic exhaustion is another issue but far to much effort would be required to figure that out. Will of course give you karma when my power is at max. Will probably send you something tomorrow? Do you like Derpy Hooves or would you prefer some hath?

Hmm, the regen of karma depends on the max karma and I do not know of simple way of finding it -- the only place it displays seems to be in forum's post(Let me know if there is other way of finding it). So it may needs the user to supply a link to one of his post in the source code. Hath is okay (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

A kindly soul directed me here and told me to ask about a Stylish user style to fix downloadable font and/or custom font wonkiness under Firefox 17. Could anyone point me to such a thing? (My kingdom for an in-thread search...)

QUOTE(etothex @ Dec 3 2012, 18:36) That's not quite what I'm looking for. (I have yet to even so much as look at Moogle Mail.) Let me elaborate: QUOTE(lemonmerchant @ Dec 3 2012, 17:47) I started playing HV recently, after I'd updated to Firefox 17, and I've found that when I switch to downloadable fonts all the text gets significantly larger and doesn't fit very well (e.g. 'Equipment Shop' on the Bazaar menu wraps and runs into Item Shop) and when I use a custom local font some elements shrink while other grow larger and both readability and layout suffer. The font engine looks fine, thankfully. I'm not sure if this is unique to version 17 of Firefox, although I checked under Chrome (version 23) and all three font rendering options look more or less the same.

. . . the fix is not solely aimed at mooglemail. it fixes the screwed up / over lapping fonts especially for right stats pane issues that people have when using dl/custom fonts.
size wise, what font are you using, did you adjust size/position, etc, take a screenshot, probably better to post in the "ask the experts" thread

Good idea to screenshot it. I'll post them there, and here too just in case. I tried applying the user style you linked to and it didn't do anything to the areas in the screenshots.

custom looks fine to me? But i think i know what you mean. They are thin, but most of the difference depends on the font you choose. if you don't like the size/weight, try increasing size, and/or bold it. I'm sure you can find something usable w/ some fiddling that way.

The HP/MP/SP labels and numbers are huge even at size 8. Bumping up the font size to make regular text more readable would make them even bigger, and headings would get pretty large too. Again, none of this was the case under Chrome. The font face I'm using is the exact one that's used for 'Downloadable Fonts'; I saved the .ttf file and added it to C:\Windows\Fonts.

I'm not sure I get the problem, but try setting gfx.direct2d.disabled to true in about:config, restart the browser and see if anything changes

HentaiVerse Font Engine EmulatorThis isn't a script itself so much as an include for other scripts. It parses text rendered by the HV Font Engine and can also create new text. I'm hoping this will make authors more inclined to make their scripts fully compatible with the Font Engine rendering option. Included is a demo script showcasing the features, the full code (with usage notes), and minified code for easy inclusion (please also include the author/version comment when you use it). Hope someone finds it useful; let me know of any bugs or feature requests.

It's better than the other options, neither of which render correctly on Firefox 17. (Kind of wishing I'd held off on updating but downgrading is a pain.)

Sorry for double post.... QUOTE(just om3ga @ Nov 18 2012, 06:12) Can i post script request here? It's great if you could change the battle page environment.. i mean, make the monsters rowing horizontally instead of vertically..
Why not? Doesn't look particularly pretty imho tho. Also added my turncounters and roundcounter, messed with HP/MP/SP/OC bars and copypasted in ctxl's monsternumbers and gem(especially since that one requires a bit of fixing the position for this) Link:

Try custom font. I use Cambria, and it looks pretty good. And you really should use Iron for playing HV, it's much faster. QUOTE(Lement @ Dec 6 2012, 19:47) Sorry for double post....

Right, knew I forget sth. Along with readjusting cloak&channeling highlights. The OC bar changes color when full, btw.

One day I'll write a script that creates invisible clickable regions overlayed onto the RiddleMaster picture. Clicking on a region would change the contents of the text form to whatever letter it corresponds to. You would need to click 'Answer' manually, to prevent misclicks. I'll also need to specify the region size/positioning in percentages as I don't play at 100% zoom.
