First: there was no warning.
Second: I got banned for Rating, too.
AND THIRD: ONLY 0,01% OF MY POINTS ARE FROM SPAMCOMMENTS.
(THAT WAS JUST A SHORT PERIOD)

When people break the rules, get warnings, temporary bans and still won't learn from their mistakes, a permaban usually is the only way to solve the problem.
There was no warning (thats what I at least have wanted first) and no temporary ban.
On side note: the only warning I got was in january for posting the name of the payment service some times.
