While making my way up into the review/rating toplist, I noticed that this Numinor is making random comments on the galleries, most of which does not even make sense.

While he still does give out normal comments, such as:

Then afterward apparently he gave up after the first few pages and went for gibberish instead.

Which begs for the additional question: is it ok to use random poetry quotes as the hentai gallery's comments?

It's not as if there are any rules against doing that, right?

Edit: That's not to say I support doing something like this. It's just, can anything really be done about it?

While there are no rules regarding comments that I know of (except maybe site wide rules), abusing the system for a Toplist position is most likely not allowed. Maybe one of mods or experienced users can shed more light on this?

EDIT - If it isn't allowed, he should probably get a warning, then ban if he keeps abusing it.

Spamming for Toplist is generally frowned upon. If this is deemed severe enough, they'll likely get banned from commenting.

There has been at least one ban in the past for comment/vote spamming.

In the future, remember to downvote the comments when such things happen.

You have a fair enough mod power at your current power level, and multiple downvotes on a bad comment usually inform people the comment is bad and should be seen as bad.

There's nothing wrong with that. I believe what you did was the right thing.

When people break the rules, get warnings, temporary bans and still won't learn from their mistakes, a permaban usually is the only way to solve the problem.

First: there was no warning.
Second: I got banned for Rating, too.
AND THIRD: ONLY 0,01% OF MY POINTS ARE FROM SPAMCOMMENTS.
(THAT WAS JUST A SHORT PERIOD)

There was no warning (thats what I at least have wanted first) and no temporary ban.

On side note: the only warning I got was in january for posting the name of the payment service some times.

I did dumb against the rules for trolling and toplist abuse only some of the time so that makes it ok.
