Got a spare green and violet for trade or sale if anyone still needs them. Priority to those who needs them to get their first full set.

Not sure what luck this is, but both came after I gave up hunting and went around trading for my full set instead =/

Unfortunately for you Orange and Red are by far the most common feathers. You'll find almost no one buying those. Maybe trading but not buying.

Scavenger and Archaeologist training do have effect, but only minimal. Basically it all come down to Snowflake's mood of the day and personal luck.

I never personally gotten any other feather beside Red and Orange, I just happened to be lucky to trade both away on the first day of the event for several Green and Yellow, when many players aint quick enough to catch on about the rarity, I then traded again for the Blue, Indigo, and Violet. I made few artifacts and Hath profits along the way.

Apparently yes, but the drop chances for rare stuff is already so "infuriatingly low" and random instead of pseudo-random that drops between people will vary a lot, even over thousands of rounds.
