Why tower shield and not buckler?

Because tower shield is worse than buckler after factoring in burden/interference. Without, it's only marginally better.

I actually got mostly high quality stuff from my trophies. I think the lowest was a Fine (or a Fair...don't remember now), but almost everything else was higher.
