The patch is otherwise quite nice. I like the PONIES™. Sadly I haven't gotten one yet.
The only problem I have is with:

- Physical and Magical Absorption has been removed from equipment.

While it is true that it doesn't have any significant effect on higher difficulty settings,
it was very useful when playing long arenas etc on low difficulty.

Especially as I had spent large amounts (by my standards) on buying Kevlar with high absorption. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

I know he's probably aware of all of their names, but that'll be hella faster if he can just copy and paste the list in his maze-making device. And maybe he'll even give you a treat or something.
