although I think those are the only two that are showing up for me, so I really should know them by now.

QUOTE(Bunker Buster @ Apr 3 2012, 22:29) When you get spirit shield, your damage taken will go WAY down. If you don't want to invest in plate/shield armor of protection/turtle I say plug at the lower difficulties until you get there.
Only when you're playing on higher difficulties. I rarely lose more than a point's worth of SP due to SS triggering since the damage is based on your max HP. That extra percent or two over 25% doesn't amount to much when you've just lost a quarter of your health in one shot.

I prefer not to spend too many points in HP Tank because Regen heals a fixed amount regardless of max HP, and having too much HP may ensure that Spirit Shield won't kick in enough to actually mitigate enough damage accounting for regeneration during unlucky hit streaks. YMMV, though.

Yeah my last post was kinda badly put together, might not have been clear. I tend to get lost sometimes if I take too long trying to make a point.
I guess it all comes to light armor not having a role in this game anymore.
If you want melee, go heavy. You can take hits better, you can do more damage, a bit of extra interference doesn't really matter that much since battlecaster isn't a practical playing style when you have no magic damage bonuses and supportive spells are cast infrequently or get set on IA, burden doesn't matter much because evade is unreliable and low, featherweight shard solves interference and burden anyways, and light armor isn't fast enough nor does it have enough evade to distinguish itself as a good melee style.
If you want mage, you of course go cloth. Casting offensive spells in light armor is just fail, your gonna use more mana and do much less damage.

(IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) Believe it or not, light armor is more defensive than heavy armor as you don't take damage very often while power armor users enjoy amazing damage and crit bonuses for the complete loss of resist and evade. You're not at a level where this applies since spirit shield should have been placed at level 100 instead of 190, but you'll get there eventually. No, fools. Period. Also, what's with the oh-fuck-I-missed-some-good-shit-again attitude ? People always bitch and whine about new stuff for a whole week when a new patch is applied. That's not breaking news. Human nature. I thought it was limited to my own country, but it's an international thing. QUOTE(Robbie Pie @ Apr 3 2012, 22:08) Sorry. Were I to of have known that, I would of avoided using it. Har har. This post has been edited by Mika Kurogane: Apr 4 2012, 07:31

QUOTE(derpymal @ Apr 3 2012, 23:49) I was doing something with that (well, a longer version of that), but ImageReady keeps mangling the export and I haven't figured out why yet. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Yeah, at least until you have one of every color (what colors are there by the way?) Then you can pretty much just shrine the rest of them that you get.

Wow, i don't care about ponies, but i read posts here, it isn't hard to be able to identify them without watching even 30 seconds of a youtube clip of the show (especially with all the pictures posted around here). Never liked ponies, never will like ponies. But i can... (IMG:[ sadpanda.us] http://sadpanda.us/images/901231-Z7W8OHE.gif) Deal with it. Apathy is a powerful weapon when used right.

From last year's experience you need to shrine a whole set to get the best present. There should be 7 colors (at least there isn't an 8th color popping up)

QUOTE(Tenboro @ Apr 3 2012, 20:20) Eh, it's not so bad. People are now identifying ponies with a 90.1% success rate. Up from 88.4% for the previous 24-hour period, and 83.9% the first day. So, in next update there'll be more ponies (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

By 'shrining a whole set', do you mean individually, or is there some way to shrine all 7 at once?

But you have to shrine them in the correct sequence from red to violet or you won't get the rainbow reward.
