Hey, T-Dash, I'm having issues with HV. It's like I'm frozen in my hourly battle, I can't attack, cast spells, click on the battle actions or click on the the menus above. Tried reloading and closing the HV window, tried restarting my browser, nothing. Any idea what's up, good sir?

Dunno. Tried resetting your battle state, let me know if that did anything.

Sorry, but I've never heard anyone playing HV on opera, so I can't say if that's the browser's problem.

However, if you want to try some alternatives...
1. clean chrome, it's the fastest choice IMO.
2. firefox is okay, but it seems to be slowed down by too many add-ons.

And don't try IE. It usually sucks.

I *was* playing on Opera for several months before one of the newer versions of Opera cocked up page loading... >_> The flicker drove me mad so I started playing on Chrome.

Opera is masterfully engineered so nothing ever works on it.

I can't use Chrome for more than a single day without hating myself immensely for catering to the bastard child of Firefox and Safari.

Chrome is garbage and I refuse to use it. I might give FF a go and see how that pans out, but I've never had issues with playing on Opera before. S'weird.

Well, opera sounds like those 'if you fuck up, it'll fuck you in the worst way' software.

The only thing wrong with Chrome is that it was designed for mentally challenged people.
Its insane sheer speed makes up for it, though.
And Mozilla lost my respect when they decided to go full retard and adopt Chrome's versioning system for no particular good reason.

Well, opera sounds like those 'if you fuck up, it'll fuck you in the worst way' software.

It has been removed a few months ago. Substituted by the restoratives buttons in the character screens.

I know the actual healer's been removed, but there was always these restorative/healing buttons on the side bar (just below the health, magic and spirit bars) where you could use potions in your inventory to heal yourself.

Now, those seem to be missing. I simply can't heal myself out of battle, I have to wait for auto regen to recover. I can't grind. Did those buttons get moved somewhere else? I'm positive those buttons were there up till at least a few days ago.

And somehow, I feel like I'm dying even faster than previously. I'm not sure if it's because its getting harder as I go up levels or if my absorption actually give a noticeable effect. I don't think it helped that I use a lot of kevlar armor. Shade's too expensive for me to switch.

Nah, I've been using restorative button the whole day, and there seems no problem.
Show me the screen if your restorative button is gone.
Also, don't tell me you're using Opera now.

The patch has some negative effect on warriors focusing on protection, especially those lower-level melees who depends more on absorption than mitigation before. Maybe it's the time for you to switch into shade or plate if you find the game too difficult.
