I hope this doesn't intend to cover the Ethereal Soul -> Void fix that you mentioned long ago, unless the enchantments are so common that they can be perma-activated.

So I see lots of people commenting about mobs being easier because their absorption is gone, but that's not how I read this. Monsters don't have
equipment, so I'm assuming their absorption stats are still the same. From playing a couple of rounds, it's pretty easy to tell the Giant END nerf has greatly improved the speed of clearing high difficulty rounds. Giants have always been the bottleneck, not whatever insignificant absorb stats the rest of the classes have.
