That should be a good way to reduce server's load when there are site-wise problems.

Newest problem for me is that tags do not update. Votes are recorded but not displayed. It makes it really hard to be sure what you've voted on.

As if yesterday's issues weren't enough, the stat server just went and crashed, or lost power, or whatever. It's back online now.

I also got a problem visit e hentai main site......
went in got this word ""Failed to acquire lock""
In the E-Hentai Galleries view galleries got the same problem too (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)

Well there's three possible answers to your problems

Option A:
log off and close your browser, relog again. And procede to galleries.

Option B:
Server is doing the Hokey Pokey and Ten is trying to catch it.

or Option C: (My Personal favorite atm)
Go to Sleep and hope you aren't a zombie in the office in two hours.

Kidding aside, as Ten said the Stat Server is having some issues, so either a restart is required or a spare stat server is set online, either choice requires time. follow @ehentai for updates from the man himself.

Yes, the system is still a bit shaky atm.

Not sure if it helps to analyze the situation.

I tried to logoff and then login through the main page. Even though the correct password's used (I can use those passwords to access this forum.), I can't login through the main page.
And if I login through forum, I can't visit other pages. 'Failed to acquire lock' is the error message.
Other parts of e-hentai can still be accessed through https://e-hentai.org/ though if you logoff.

To other users:
If you encounter ths same issue, you should be patient and wait for the site to recover.
Don't state the problem again and again as it will give unnecessary pressure to Tenb, who is trying to solve this problem.
