Absorption will affect new player's survival chance, so it can be difficult to judge the appropriateness at our level.

You'll get AP as you level up, by lvl 250 it's less of an issue.

Wish for stat boosts and haths instead.

Haven't really tracked player counts, and that would be skewed anyway because of the random encounter change. But before 0.6.4, there were about 300k battle rounds played per day, and now it's about 500k.

Nice to hear! I can't really compare HV before and after the two latest patches as I only truly began playing after 0.6.4 where implemented. But I got hooked in by the game so the patches must have done some good. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Hard to say if battle count means more active players. Even if you don't track active player numbers would it be possible to see the distribution of player levels (i.e. the percentage of player having level x).
