At level 100, it starts with the 1/200 per level increase? (Meaning less HP overall now)
Or is it the same as before, except easier for those below Lv100?

The bonus went from (1+level/200) to (1+(level-100)/200).

I was wondering why I got a crap ton of experience for my DoD.

One thing I noticed is that when I tried to enter a random battle from a notice in the galleries that it then said that I wasn't engaged in one. Not sure if that's a problem on my end or yours.

Random encounter doesn't seem to work properly.
I got like 6 of them and I was only able to fight 1, the rest just brought me to the character page.......

Same with me. I haven't been able to fight one random encounter yet.

Not sure if it's intended or not, but the Blind proc chance from Iris Strike removes previously cast Silence. Kind of makes it impossible to use Silence and DW Skills.

The very short poison proc from one of the skills also overwrites previously cast massively long poison cast.

I'm guessing cast Blind would also be fucked too. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif)

When I get my hourly to work it's a big change. I was getting 2-3 monsters in a battle (on heroic) and I just got a battle with 10!

I just noticed it too, but I clearly remember being deducted the 10 credits for postage fee. Moreover, it now doesn't indicate the message ID.
I'm also missing another postage message for another item I had just bought [paid for in Hath] from (Cheater) Tiap.

Somehow I'm too suspicious of this update..
The exp mod on hourlies is way too good to be true. Is it really intentional? Cuz it seems to have a better exp mod than my highest arena. Or at the very least about the same. (Which is 3.0)

Well, not so much intentional as necessary. The way mooglemails work was changed, so instead of physically creating a record in the database immediately, it only does so when there is something worth saving. That did however have the effect of the system not always knowing the message ID at the point in time where the postage is deducted.

If the monster list is not coming back, can Scan be modified to show the critter's trainer?
At least this way the Wiki's bestiary can still be updated.

I've had 3 randoms messages so far but only one has triggered an actual battle.
