[X] My Assistant

I joined this free-to-play thing after Steam brought it to my attention. It's a lot of zany beat-em-up gameplay; makes me think of TFII a little. It seems fairly fun, and actually runs on my laptop. I might start playing with some regularity.

It's very multi-player oriented, so if anybody else is getting into it and wants somebody to play with (or against) me or other posters, share your nickname here or in PM.

I don't understand what you're all referring to specifically. The colors are not that obtrusive. The mechanics are not complicated, but winning a round of Death Match is not simple. Every class requires different strategies for different situations. Boring is subjective, I guess, but I don't follow why you'd say that. I guess grinding on zombies gets old eventually, but it's not like you have to do that all the time either.

Well, nevermind. I thought somebody might've been interested in a game like this.

I'll concede that 1) the video's not the most exciting, 2) the player in it isn't exactly great, and 3) rocker is totally a newbie class anyway.
Most of the death-matches I've been in didn't last anywhere near 4 minutes, either. It's usually faster paced.

The voices I will agree on, but they didn't bother me that much. Apparently you can disable music and sfx too, which is dumb because the battle music was almost pretty good.

I can see why you'd say monotonous, especially after I watched the [youtu.be] video of the guy playing Firefighter and being a fucking lazy exploitative prick about it. Playing as different classes can keep it interesting, and as I said there are different game modes. I'm more partial to the zombie bashing, myself, and I haven't even gotten to see the missions/boss battles yet.

And sadly, I am a sucker for jiggle physics.

So its like that S<number> League game except more fight-ey than shoot-ey. Meh.

Last fighting game I played was Melty Blood Ridiculous subtitle. My main was Shiki. Was a beast with his teleporting knife combos.

If you really wanted boob physics, just play Sexy Beach.

I don't really want just boob physics. Maybe when I was a teenager I would've been into that, but now, it's like why would you just eat frosting out of a can without spreading it on a cake? That's disgusting.

Both things I've done in the last few months :<

So, I just found out that when you get new gear/clothes from the store, it gives them to you in a random color. I was expecting white and got purple. :/ That's pretty fucking stupid.

Well, the primary colors are still always red or blue, obviously. But white goes well with either red or blue. Purple... ugh.
